• Local calls are complimentary. However, you will require a calling card to make long distance calls. The ph. no. at the Condo is : 970 926 2853.

• FYI, you can use the Avon Public Library if you need to connect to the Internet. This is located next to the Avon Post Office (please enquire at the main Gate for directions - distance to the Library from the Condo is 2.5 miles).

•  Check-In Time is 4.00 pm and Check-Out time is 11.00am.
  (Please note that we sometimes have guests coming in on the same day as others are leaving; hence we need at least 4 hours to provide House-Keeping services).

• Washer and dryer are located in the condo itself. Detergent has been provided.

• Snow Plowing: The roads and driveway are plowed by the maintenance personnel. The pavements are heated.

• Garbage bags are provided in the kitchen below the sink. The garbage dump is located in the underground parking area, next to the garage door.

• We provide Bed linen, towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels, coffee, filters, a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates and silverware. House-keeping cleans the Condo prior to your arrival. If you wish to have additional cleaning services during your stay, you may call Nitty Gritty Services at 970 926 6390 (they do need advance notice). Typically they charge about $25.00 per hour of service. PLEASE NOTE: YOU HAVE TO SETTLE ANY CHARGES DIRECTLY WITH THEM.  

• Radiant Heat: The condo benefits from new technology, with quick reacting "warmboard" UnderFloor radiant heat. (Note: Please move the thermostats incrementally, and allow one hour to feel the results. If you move the thermostat too rapidly by moving the thermostat by a large amount, the place will get too warm for comfort and will stay so for a long period of time before cooling off to a comfortable temperature.)

• A rack located at the entrance to the lodge has flyers offering information and discounts on shopping, ski, bike rentals and local activities.

• Strictly NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere in the house.   
  Smoking in the house will result in the immediate forfeiture of the damage deposit !!  
  You may smoke   in the balcony adjoining the living area, , but please clean up after yourself!

• No pets in the house please.

• Please do not wear SKI BOOTS in the condo.

• The nearest grocery store is Village Market, which is 2.3 miles going south (turn left) from the security gate. Two blocks ahead of Village Market, there are good restaurants serving Italian, Mexican and Asian cuisines. At the Lights (to the left), there is a Micro Brewery named "Gore Range Brewery".
