- We reserve the right of
refusal to let out the property at our sole discretion and without
giving any reason. We also reserve the right to curtail or cancel any
booking if we have reason to believe that there is any abuse of the
service offered - again - at our sole discretion
- A deposit of half the total
amount is required for securing a reservation.
- Full balance is due 45 days
prior to arrival date.
- Refundable $300 deposit is
required with each rental. It is returned if there are no damages.
- Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a
$75 cancellation fee; less than 45 days will forfeit all monies unless
the condo is re-reserved.
- Key pick-up instructions will
be given to you over the phone, prior to your arrival.
